About the Program
Ask most any performance professional about the Ten ISPI Performance Standards and they will
acknowledge them, but they probably won't be about to easily recite them. The emerging SPaDDIE
model offers a different way to think about and approach using the Ten ISPI Performance Standards.
This session focuses on real-world uses of the ten performance standards and the emergent SPaDDIE
model to support those performance standards. Session topics include, what SPaDDIE stands for, why
use a performance model, how SPaDDIE supports the Ten ISPI Performance Standards and ways to
adopt the ten standards for your working environment.
