Online Web Program

How can Geary Rummler's work support you and your organization?
Sadly, on October 29th, 2008, Geary Rummler passed away. In this online
tribute to his life and his career, we are going to learn about Geary's
initial beginnings where he started as a Civil Engineer and how his
career developed into becoming a leader in the field of Performance
Improvement.

Dr Dale Brethower, a life time friend of Geary's will share more than a
few stories on Geary's beginnings, his early achievemetns, and how
these shaped his later work. He'll provide insights into the challenges
Geary faced and his, oftentimes humorous, solutions to those
challenges. John Fox, a "Rummlerite" in spirit, will discuss elements
of Geary's later work with a focus on the Anatomy of Performance, Four
Views of an organization, and defining your organization's Value Chain.
