The costs of executive development programs are significant. Do the taxpayers get their money’s worth? In this highly interactive program, we’ll explore the challenges, opportunities, and pitfalls of assessing leadership development programs. We’ll use the SETS program as a real case study, examining how the program is currently assessed and making recommendations for improving the evaluation of the seminar in the future.
